1.Who is responsible

This site is run by Arcaedia (Berke Halil Bayraktar). Arcaedia is not yet a registered legal entity; responsibility rests with Berke Halil Bayraktar as a natural person.

2.What this site collects

Nothing. arcaedia.com is an entirely static informational site.

No cookies are used. No analytics software runs. Nothing is written to your browser's local storage. There is no form on the site to fill in.

The typefaces are served from the site itself; viewing a page sends no request to a third-party server.

The copy button on the contact page writes our email address to your clipboard. It does not read your clipboard and sends nothing.

3.Hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel. As with any internet request, the provider keeps technical server logs: IP address, browser information, the address requested and the time.

These logs are a technical consequence of the request, not a collection we chose. Access to them and how long they are kept is governed by the provider's own policy; we do not process, store or share them separately.

4.External links

The site links to kam.run, to our social accounts and to berkehalilbayraktar.com.

KAM is a separate service with its own privacy policy. This text does not cover KAM.

Once a link is followed, the rules of the site reached apply.

5.Your rights

Article 11 of Turkey's data protection law (KVKK) grants the right to ask what personal data is held, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing.

Because this site collects no personal data, there is no record here to act on. If there is a request nonetheless, write to kurumsal@arcaedia.com and it will be answered.

6.Changes

If this text changes, the date at the top of the page is updated. Previous versions are not published separately.
